Burnout Awareness & Prevention


Burnout usually isn't detected until it is too late.  It may sneak up on us without warning while it robs us of our vitality for life, our work, and everything that is important to us.  This workshop will examine what burnout is, the symptoms of burnout, why it happens, and (most importantly) what to do about it. 

Taking from a neurophysiological approach, we will create tool kits for prevention, management, and crisis leaving participants with a plan of action and strategies that will help to support a sense of balance.  Topics include; lifestyle strategies, what real self-care is and isn't, emotional de-escalation strategies, communication, boundary setting, and much more!
