Aging Well

Whether you are 20 or 100, this workshop is for everyone who wants to learn and make positive changes towards an active and healthy aging. We will examine all components of health, the neuroscience that supports health, and strategies that will support good health and reduce the risk of chronic disease, injury, and immobility as we navigate our lives well. 

Topics will include; lifestyle factors, epigenetics, mental health, occupational wellbeing and retirement, interpersonal relationships, communication, and the importance of self-reflection. We will also navigate the stormy waters of snake oil and the false promises of the wellness, nutritional, and anti-aging industry.  There is no time like the present to start focusing on those little changes that have great influence on our health after 50.
