Exercise for Mental Health Group

 

There isn't a person alive who doesn't understand that exercise is good for us. So if we all know this, why don't we all exercise? This group will begin by understanding why and how exercise is a great support for mental health and move into ways to begin and continue through the lifespan. 

This group offers the opportunity to try out new activities while benefiting from the support of others.  Participants will learn more about how to keep a habitual exercise program while strengthening those strategies that support exercise enjoyment (the key to a life long habit).
